"Esta canción surgió cuando un amigo me desafió a escribir en mi diario todas aquellas cosas que me impiden avanzar o tomar riesgos, o que no me dejan encausar mi vida... y bueno, eso fue lo que hice y todo está en esta canción llamada "Excusas"".
